In in Clio, just a little north of Flint.
I would imagine they would fit. I'm almost 100% sure they would fit. I believe when buying aftermarket brackets for seats they are sold for 07-14.

They should fit without issue. The only year you have to really watch is swapping into a 2007. The sensor to detect a passenger for the airbag in 2007 was different than the rest of the years.
