I started the jeep this morning and the wipers are on and won't shut off along with the lights.
The directionals will not work. It's 5 degrees here. Any suggestions.

The last time I had a problem with my directionals (in my TJ) the culprit was the turn signal stalk wiring harness. The wiring harness had melted breaking the connections, but it had no impact on windshield wipers. Perhaps start by checking all of your fuses?

The exact same thing happened to me last year. Disconnect your battery for about 5-10 minutes. That worked for me.
