I would take it back because the report clearly shows the Caster acceptable range is (3.20-5.20) and you brought there to make it right. Not 3.09 deg.
factory setting is +4.2° thats in the middle of the acceptable range and thats pretty easy to hit. also you Toe on the right side needs bit more. The jeep can handle a lot of steering spec being on the edge but if something goes too far your jeep will go into Limp-mode until you fix it and hope its not on the trail.
I read that having the caster angle being off is one of the problems associated death-wobble, Ball Joints and Rod Ends are also in that group.
