I have one mounted in the cargo area behind the rear seats. It mounts to the factory cage. I use mine for a different reason but you can see how it mounts. Also there are some pictures in crippledpetey's build thread here...

Important trail tip!, Never set anything that is of value or you want to keep on a rock or out of view when entering your Jeep. Anyways my replacement showed up today!
