    BRONCO Off-Roadeo??

Land Rover dealers in large markets have "Land Rover Land," a designed offroad course where they can demonstrate that their vehicle can do things that yours can't. Very effective. It's also for training the dealers and also the buyers.

JL Wrangler SOFT TOP SUNRIDER POSITION WRITE-UP

.For what it's worth ... I have been driving for 18 months on the freeway with the sunrider open and I never use the velcro straps. I drive over the Houston ship channel bridge at 65+ mph which has lots of wind gusts. When you look at the design of the sunrider it would take a very strange...

    FAD Delete

A side benefit to the FAD is you can install a simple Aussie or Torq locker in the front and as long as you are in 2WD there is no action on the front so none of that nasty clicking or popping. You get the MPG benefit of the FAD, and No issues turning, or such. But drop your rig into 4WD and...

VIDEO : BENEFITS of a BASIC JEEP

I got 20.6 MPG in my sport 2 door JL with Michelin street tires. This is average for the last year. 7000 miles or so. I picked up some Nitto Terra Grappler G2's and Rubicon Jk wheels for almost free. $300 for a set of 5, lots of good tread left ... more than 50%. These new wheels and tires...

VIDEO : BENEFITS of a BASIC JEEP

Cool, thanks for the info. I clicked on the link and realized I had already read that article - google finds all kinds of stuff. Good write up. Your experience with traction control is especially helpful. My wheeling will be much less extreme than yours, largely because of geography. If your...

VIDEO : BENEFITS of a BASIC JEEP

Your Pippi project has been fantastic. It is important for me to understand what my basic sport JL with stock street tires can do. Most sites show videos of Rubi's doing things. Question - would you be willing to install a lunchbox locker (Torque, Aussie, etc) in the front and see how it...

And so it Begins... the 392

The level of detail in your post is great. and FYI ... I found this specific post when using google to search TPMS. Because.... I picked up a set of JK Rubi wheels and tires for almost free, look great, ride great. They have JK TPMS - which is not compatible with my JL so I need to either...

And so it Begins... the 392

What about JK sensors that have a different frequency 315 MHz? I got a set of almost free JK Rubi rims and tires. They have the original TPMS. Anyone know What is required to get them to sync with my 2022 JL?

You're correct. Tim Berners Lee created the WEB while working at CERN in 1989 and he made the FIRST web browser (but it was named Nexxus not Mosaic). Marc Anderseen wrote Mosaic in 1993. I installed it on a server at Kodak. I've been doing this web and newsgroup thing for a long time. Seen...

Yes, the TERMS takes you to the rather LONG list of rules. Buried within the rules is the bit about don't crosspost youtube links. Eddie owns the site. His site, his rules. Anyone who wishes to post should follow the rules. But, when you have a rule that is unusual it makes it easier for...

What are the rules? Where are they located? How do you find them? From the main WAYALIFE page Scroll down 3 screens and look for the word RULES, Do/Don’t, FAQ … hmm, not there. Update (it's at the bottom of the screen and normally covered by an infolinks pop up ad. You need to kill the add to...

    GMRS Licensing?

well said sir. Some good info. I would disagree on one thing. I encourage folks to get the GMRS license if you use the frequencies. It only costs $70 and lasts for 10 years I think. It's important to follow the rules so the FCC doesn't decide to take the frequencies away and sell them for...

Read the rules? They would be located on a button marked rules? Or in the new info, or welcome sticky thread? hmmm, did I miss it? perhaps as admin you could have added a link to the forum rules to your nastygram above? make it easier for folks to find the rules so we can follow them perchance...
