There are just too many people in this country. I think we are at 330 million acknowledged. Probably another 40 million illegals on top of that with thousands more coming every day.

I think you're right, that really is the biggest problem. It's overwhelming just how many more people there are here now versus just 10 years ago. It's just nuts!

It really is so frustrating. Boulder City is literally on the other side of a mountain range that separates the Vegas area from the open desert. It’s what we loved about that town. Close to a big city but not connected to one. On that side, it actually looks dark and quiet and it’s great. Now that Henderson is completely built out, they land grabbed what they could on the other side of the mountain and you know it ain’t gonna stop there.
If there is an up side, it’s that our property value will probably go up. Of course, we’d prefer that it didn’t go up or at least, for those reasons.
I hope that I’m wrong about all this. If not,Sorry, that sucks big time.
It’s kinda funny you say that, I was just thinking the other day, I would much rather lose the fluff value in my current home to make it actually affordable to but the home that I want to move to lol.
