Spicer makes them with and without FAD but I'm not sure if they use a solid shaft or just a lock up collar. I ordered the set that retains the FAD system, the U-joints are huge compared to the factory ones. I think they are 1410 joints IIRC, they barely fit through the steering knuckle

Same inner shaft and collar but the centering pin that rides in the inner shaft is much larger. The inner shaft seemed far heavier than the outer when I had it apart. I posted some pictures when I installed them, link below

Those look like my next buy.
Once my knees get healed up, I better get out and wear the axle shafts out lol
