Two of the front nutserts can’t be inserted fully due to another panel behind it, anyone deal with this?

Yep, either pry the sheet metal back and once the nut crushes it will sit flush or drill through the second sheet.

Just make sure all your wire loom is secured before you take anything off. My loom was crumbling and some got in the engine but was removed with a shop vacuum.

I drilled through the second panel. I've had no issues with it.

Went ahead and did the PSC Big Bore XD2 box by itself since my main goal was a stronger sector shaft. Steering feels different, but nice. :thumb:

Good luck with that. Hopefully you botched the frame horn when you installed the bumper. The front bolt is a bitch to get in.
