Lol welcome please have a seat. No I am not admitting to fraud, as evidence to the past 300+ posts in this thread. Being that it is not fraud I can calmly say I am not worried about anyone reporting anything because it will in fact solidify everything I've said here. So if your feeling froggy then jump.

I'm not pushing for something. Just telling ppl I'm not worried about anyone thinking there snitching on someone or that there crime solving abilities are better then the agents and police that have dealt with the case.

I guarantee this was never ever investigated by a fraud prevention specialist, claim was handled by a low level adjuster who had no idea what was going on, because it didn't happen on a city street like normal claims, so they pushed it thru with no idea, of what was going on.

Easy! I have read every post on this thread and haven't said anything until you said that. That made me think you were guilty so I had to ask.
If you are telling the truth or not all people are saying is if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck....
I believe your are inoccent till proving guilty. So I hope eveything works out the guilty are caught.

Lol no need to say easy, didn't mean to come off in a rude way. And the froggy thing wasn't to you. Sorry. I said I wasn't worried because I'm really not worried about it, haven't lied so why would I all of the sudden be worried

Gotcha. I understand that you have to defend yourself and stand up for yourself and what you believe is the truth. But is it possible that your brother could have done this?

No not at all, he's a good kid. Never has had a ticket in his life or a charge against him. Steady income. Multiple cars. And wasn't upside down on payments. I would've either been with him or rescued him that night like I've done many times but my jeep has been at the dealership for a very long time. He even told Allstate that he wants them to fix it and all of you cristisized him, why would he want it back after all so called "self inflicted" damage

I see. Well if yall are telling the truth I hope he gets which ever he want being the jeep back and fixed or a check. I personally would take a check. Get a new rubicon and do it again. A blank canvas ready to paint.
 
I just read through this entire thread... people really do suck. All I could think of when you described the trail damage is that it sounds like whoever did all that damage to the jeep (including the theft of parts) weren't doing it to profit from it. It sounds like someone has a problem with your brother, maybe jealousy of having a nice Jeep and thats why they did all that damage. I mean filling the rad with muddy water and stealing relays is just an act of hate or jealousy. As for allegations of fraud, I have no opinion. I feel bad seeing that Jeep destroyed and the thought that someone could do that to someone else makes me sad. In the end everything always seems to work out as it should.
