Jk909 New member Aug 24, 2015 #21 If you put your jeep in 4Lo on pavement and turn your steering wheel all the way your jeep should skip and bounce a lot. If it doesn't it's not engaged. That's how I figured out the vacuum line on my old yj wasn't working.
