Winch vs Lockers

I'd do a rear locker first. You will use the locker more than a winch. Plus, if you wheel with a group, at least half the people already have one. With my group it's usually an argument on who gets to use their winch. :D

Plus, carry a strap. That will cover most situations.
 
I have a 2012 JK 2 door with 2.5, flatties, and 37's on stock gears. I wheel the crap out of it just fine. Gears will be my next purchase because 99% of my friends have a winch if I ever needed to get pulled out.
