What was done to your rig this week?

Retired my 'ol Magnecor KV85 8.5mm wires today. Installed June 2003. Replaced with a Summit Racing 8mm set.

I got my smooth idle back and no more misfires! :clap2:

My daughter helped me decorate Jeepnado today with the Rudolf nose and antlers, a wreath on the spare, and then 2 sets of battery powered LED Christmas lights around the rocksliders. I think she is gonna get window paint and write "Santa's other sleigh" on the back window

No my rig, but helped a buddy install my old wheels, axels and tires on his rig. Still battling with some major alignment issuses and the steering stabilizer doesn't what to cooperate. Either way, not bad for a days work.

Been working on this transfer case leak since I bought the Jeep. It appeared to be the rear output seal. New seal, still leaks. During the lift kit, the 4 inch lift moved the slip yoke back, no groove there so that part is ruled out. There is a snap ring access plug on top of output housing, replaced it as it has been updated to seal better, yet still leaks. After being fed up with this, put some dye in, leak is definitely from above and beyond the output seal, but where the output housing meets the tcase body, that gasket is dry. So I soaked the entire area in brakeclean, let it dry. Then sprayed Flex seal all over that area! :D Not sure if there was a hairline crack or what, but it is fixed. Been a week now with no leaks. I'm thrilled.

Overall area showing where leak has slung around the undercarriage.

Be careful with the window paint, I have heard horror stories of it etching the glass.

I've used white shoe polish in the past that has the spongy thing on the end of it with no issues. Good tip on the window paint, I don't have any experience with that.

Looks so good!! Well done, think I'm drooling more than my Great Dane does before he eats dinner. I bet it's nice having such bomb proof axles under you while wheeling. Well done homie. Thanks for sharing

Last week I got new BFH bumper/winch installed, and replaced engine/diff oils, got new truck-lites in and a bunch of other small things that had to be re-arranged.

You can see the e-disco poking out underneath the bumper so I'm going to flip it and install a skid there to protect it next weekend.
