The only good thing about it is, at least I, never get around to really cleaning the engine bay until we make a run like that. It give you a good chance to really check everything over.

Spent a day replacing the EGR valve. If I ever have to do that again I think that I will just trade my JK for a JL!

It was actually pretty straightforward and easy.
Aside from cleaning and painting, the actual rebuilding only took a couple hours. The reassembly of the brake was the hardest part, getting the bearings not to fall out while clamping took a couple tries. I'll post up my pictures a little later when I get time if you need some help.
