Weld or bolt on track bar bracket

Im flipping my drag link and raising my track bar with a relocation bracket. Synergy offers a bolt on bracket for $125 which already comes powder coated; they also offer a weld on version for $125 which of course does not come powder coated; Im able to weld the bracket on myself. Is there a reason for choosing one over the other, other then one bolts and one gets welded one.

Not everybody can weld or wants to take there jeep to a shop and pay someone to weld it on. So the offer bolt on. Also there are people like one of my buddies who is timid about cutting and welding and such on his jeep so he buy all bolt on parts.
