WAYALIFE on the GO : Miscellaneous Photos from Cindy & Eddie!

Unfortunately, we didn't get the parts we need from King to rebuild our EVO Lever system so Cindy spent some time today cleaning and polishing up our coil overs and bypass shocks.

What they looked like before...

Wow! What in the world did she use to clean those up that nicely?

Those look better than things that people are selling and say they "never installed" on their jeep!

Imagine that, blown out cantilever bushings and just from 100,000+ miles of going to the mall and back.

Do those press in and out like a clevite bushing? I think that's the brand name, like stock control arms

Negative. It's a crush sleeve that is surrounded by metal bushings with very tight tolerances. In some ways, I'm kind of surprised that it failed. But then, the heims on my coil overs failed too. Here's a shot of new cantilever arms that we got from EVO. Figured, with all the miles we had on them, it'd be best just to replace the whole thing.

And here's a close up of the bushing.

That looks very heavy duty but when things are used for their intended purpose I suppose they do wear out. Those parts would last me 10 lifetimes but proves that you definitely wheel if anyone ever doubted you. Don't know how anyone could doubt watching your videos
