Hello, from Oklahoma. Just joined yesterday and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brandon Bell, my wife, Susan and I first started Jeeping in 1994. I had a 1988 YJ, bought it almost stock and went, as we knew it back in the day, "boonin". It wasn't long until we were bit by the "jeep" bug and began Jeeping. Joined a club and started jeepin every weekend, went from 31's to 33's to 35's, locked, V8, everything except axles. That was next on the list, times got tough and ended up selling the jeep in 1999.
Fast forward to 2011. My brother got married in Buena Vista, Colorado. While there for his wedding, my wife and I rented a TJ and headed for Tincup pass. The jeep bug had bitten once again, and this time it had a firm grip. We purchased a JKUR in the fall of 2013 and have been Jeeping ever since. In the process of getting our "Rubi" where we want it.
We also have a '91 YJ, this jeep belonged to my mom and step father from Florida. My stepfather passed away in '08, my mom told me that it was his wish that this jeep go to me after seeing what I had done with my '88 YJ. So, after 5 years of his passing I brought the YJ to Oklahoma. This jeep will be a long term project ( for wheeling, it runs fine now but it is stock).
Anyhow, hello from Brandon and Susan in Oklahoma.
