My wife went off at the store yesterday over the price of flank steak- $9.99/lb exactly. On the bright side they had a whole tenderloin also for $9.99/lb. which we bought. I cut off a couple thick filets and grilled them last night. Delicious.

Thankfully I have an oyster bar local to me that flies their oysters (and other seafood) in fresh daily. It’s just as fresh as the stuff I’ve had in Florida. They normally have several varieties so I typically get 4 of each kind.
