Did not cook but watched it being cooked in front of us in a very nice place on Shelter Island called Leon 1909. Ribeye from some sort of a limited release of beef, duck breast marinaded for three days( they only had three of them for the night so we had to try) some fluke crudo and carrot custard with some greens!!!
