Pureed cauliflower recipe please

Cut cauliflower into small florets, put into saucepan and cover with water; bring to boil, then simmer 15-20 mins. Drain water, and some butter, salt & pepper...add a small amount of heavy cream (go easy so as to not make it too loose, you can always add more cream)...use stick blender in pot or put in blender with towel on top

But seriously, you guys are making me and my blackstone feel like we’re in the minor leagues. I’ve now got to step my game up and spend more money on the cooking implements... and then spend more time perfecting the craft.

I'm sure he has some awesome ones now that I think about it.

PS: Ed - I'm totally hooked on dried seaweed since I made Musubi. Costco has bulk packs that I get every week.
