Caught the Bug
Pizza sauce. Kids' school started a "pizza Friday" fundraiser. Since we don't eat processed foods I now get to make at least two pizzas every week.

Toasted asiago cheese bagel with some Willow Tree chicken salad and a slice of tomato.

For those of you not from New England that have never tasted Willow Tree chicken salad, I feel very sorry for you. It's the 8th wonder.

Having Cajun tilapia in brown rice with sautéed veggies and guac mixed in.

Taco night.

Scrounged around the freezer and dug out a cow tounge. Diced some cilantro and onions and whipped up some salsa.
