Just don't drive over 70 and all will be ok.After reprogramming the computer for 4.88s, she’s turning about 2100 rpm at 60 and about 2500 at 70.
Hahahahahahah!Just don't drive over 70 and all will be ok.
On the plus side, the transmission is less likely to down-shift on the steep hills so the engine is less likely to rev higher in those situations.Hahahahahahah!
pft, on my 2010 JKU with the 3.8, anemic 3 speed transmission (OD/4th was always locked out) I'd still do up to 90mph, it was a screamer but got the job done when needed.Just don't drive over 70 and all will be ok.
they are wider and different brackets so new jk brackets for sure are needed.Does anyone know what it takes to install Gladiator Rubicon axles in a JK Rubicon?
I don’t need no steenkeeng brakes. I use engine compression and gears to retard unwanted forward motion. It’s what men of iron will and grit doYou upgrading your rear brakes while you're back there?
Retarding unwanted motion is a good thing! Sometimes "retard" is a good thing.I don’t need no steenkeeng brakes. I use engine compression and gears to retard unwanted forward motion. It’s what men of iron will and grit do

Nice looking Axle.I was unable to get my Jeep back together before the trip to Moab. Instead, I took the wife’s lifted Grand Cherokee where it performed surprisingly well.
Picked up the rear axleView attachment 432960

and started prepping them for installation. The connector for the locker needs replacing and a bolt for the tank skid is frozen. Also need to sump out the gas.
