The early years for JK's yes the 4.10's were standard. Now fast forward and in todays Rubicons, the 3.73's are standard and its an additional charge for 4.10's.

that's what it used to be, I think that changed in 2012? hell, they don't even offer the 4.10 with the max tow package anymore.
4.10's must be ordered as a separate option
