Looks great Rachel. Also looks like Ray digs the new top too. Lol.

Looks awesome!

Just curious, is it considerably louder on the highway than the hard top? I really like the look, but as a daily driver, I'd be a bit worried about noise.

If it's anything like the square-back premium twill top, it will not be "considerably" louder. In fact, the twill is hardly a noticeable difference from the hard top. With the twill, not only is fabric different, but so are the windows.

Looks awesome Rachel!!! πŸ‘πŸ‘Œ

Thanks! Hope you guys had some fun on the trails today!

Thanks for the invite. πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‰

Good to know! Thanks for the feedback!

Install went pretty smooth, didn't have any issues with the window zippers after letting them rest in the sun. We used the bestop trektop video for the most part of the install.

One tip on the install is when tightening down the pivot bracket for the sun rider make sure to slide the bracket forward as far as you can towards the front windshield. That little bit of give will close the gap where the top meets the windshield. We needed to cut a small area of the plastic front door surround clamp in order to clear our top roll bar of the sport cage. Pretty happy with the new look! We need to work on how we are going to store the hardtop. Here are a couple of pics...

Looks good. There are a few threads on making hard top Dollies on here. It's really easy. The other alternative is to hang it from the garage ceiling (not a fan). You should update your profile as it looks like you have the coil overs now!

Thanks! I'll do some searches and see what we drum up for the hardtop storage.

Now that's a clean! One of my favorite on WAL!

Ray built a rolling hardtop storage stand today out of a couple of 2x4's wrapped with swimming pool noodles for padding and upholstered it with thick felt. Works perfectly!

Guess what... It's Penny's first Birthday. This time last year was her first night home. She's come a long way in a year. I'd say we're halfway there.

Cheers!

Took the battery to the local Napa they charged it and now it's working fine lol they also checked the charging system and everything checked out kinda odd....

That's great news! I had that happen in the other rig a few times and once while on a road trip. Turned out to be the cb connection. After trying to fix it I ended up just cutting the cord... drove me nuts. Lol
