Trail grappler fail

My nittos have impressed me many times but this time I was really disappointed in their like of cleaning out. The hole doesnt look to deep in the pics but take in perspective that I have 4.5'' of lift and 37s. I was able to rock it back and fourth for awhile but just couldn't get enough momentum to climb out befor I dug it out to much and allowed the axle to dug in to deep and the front bumper set down lol.

How do you know it's not the driver? One tire is spinning. If you had lockers it would probley climb it's way out.

The fact that it's sitting on the front frame horn doesn't help either

Even mud grapplers will cake up. You need a little water to help clean them out. Your passenger side is clean by the way.

Don't forget to post how well your winch worked in that situation. There are several threads about it here recently.

Btw. Not sure what tire would get you out of that pit. Maybe should have gone around

I'm impressed though, my TGs fling mud like nobody's business and your doors look spotless in the pics on both sides. I wish i could get that lucky, would make cleanup so much easier.

That, my friend, is a driver fail. It's pretty ridiculous to expect a tire to save the day in that muck. This thread is silly.

Lol its funny to see how many people get anal. Relax people it was a joke cuz I put the tire in a situation where failure was all but sure. I have no lockers for fear of detonation till I upgrade my dana 30 and far as driver error..... I intentionally plunged in to see how it would handle it oh and as far as the winch request goes I have the smittybilt comp8 and it had no issue at all. Ive had the winch for 2.5yrs now and have used it numerous times with no issues

Oh I see...just another case of "I typed the wrong word(s) but you should have known what I meant?"

Oh its no sweat. I just wanted to head it off before it turned into one of those bash threads. Its hard to capture the true humor by text sometimes without using some goofy emoticon. That pic was actually took on the back part of my property that I bulldozed over a few weeks ago and we have had alot of rain lately so I took the jeep back there to see if the ground was hard enough to do some tractor work. Needless to say I wont be doing any tractor work anytime soon
