Picked up a set.of hummer portals. Not exactly sure if I'm going tonuse them in the TJ or not. More to follow.

I started lightening the front axle by manufacturing titanium parts. It started with the high steer arms. The steels ones I originally had had 5 holes, my knuckles have 6 studs, I wanted to utilize them all and the cost of the titanium material was about the same as aluminum arms. Then i made new clevises for the ram, nuts and studs for the steering linkages and linkages them selves.

Wow, very cool using titanium.
Also good call on using all 6 studs. I saw a 4-stud design shear off this year. The studs were smaller diameter though.
