Caught the Bug
This is from around 1984. My dads 72 cj5 we painted. He was going to give it to me when i turn ed 16. When he saw was a lead foot i had he sold it and probly saved my life lol. 304 3sp. Way to much for a kid like me. 2015031895184849.jpg

The day I brought it home. I made the dealer I bought it from swap the rims and tires off my Ranger on to it. Had to take the front trim off to steer.

And some from one of the last runs it was on, all from the same area. This section was once passable by a Kia Sorrento, if challenging. After Hurricane Irene, it was completely changed, deep gulleys all along this 1 mile section. It took 10 vehicles about 3 hours to get through, though one hour was dedicated to getting a disco unstuck and turned around.
