Think I may pick up an XK…

We have an opportunity to pick up a friend’s XK, and as a family of 7, it sounds like it could be fun. I believe most WK parts are interchangeable for suspension and whatnot. It’s a 2007 limited with the 5.7 liter.
Any thoughts?

The commanders are pretty cool. A little bit of lift make them look a whole lot better. The Hemi version also has great Electronic limited slips front and rear with the Quadra trac 2 system. We enjoyed our 2007 WK. It didn’t have the Hemi. But the 4.7. We ran a lot of trails with that one. It’s the only one of our Jeeps that was able to go up Poughkeepsie gulch wall without winching. Lol. To be fair it was a very dry year with no water on the the trail.

Thanks @onlyone . We are kicking the idea around as something fun to build and get everyone outside. I haven’t seen many Commanders around, but we are going to take a look next week and see if it is something that will work.
