Hooked
I've never replaced the TPS on a Jeep, but on several other vehicles I had problems getting the computer to accept the new throttle or TPS. I had to do the relearn or reprogram process several times before it would run right.

Good luck

I have done the relearn programing more then once it does through the code again and again at random times

Caught the Bug
I wonder if it could be a small short in the wiring... Simple test would be to "wiggle" the wiring for the TPS to see if that causes the codes to "pop". A more complex test would have you test that a constant 5 volts is being observed in the power wire to the TPS taking note when the voltage drop or (less likely) spike occurs that causes the codes to pop. To be very clear, I have not experienced this issue and am only offering mildly educated guesses at what else you can try...

I am on it the 5 volt of app 2
Check your grounds. And if your running an AGM they have a low intrrnal ground resistance which the ecm can mistake for loss of ground then throw those codes. Also the pedal wires run through the connector toward the fender on your jeep pcm I would take it off inspect the connector, add dielectric then reinstal amd give it a go.

Greetings, I had P0121 with similar issues. It would rectify if I shut engine off then turned back on. Only to return again. I changed the PCV valve out and everything has been fine since. Jeep only had 40k miles on it, which surprised me the PCV valve was bad. PCV valve is a cheap part, so you might give it a try.
