I'm not going to lie, those rocks looked a lot bigger from the drivers seat... it was our first time actually driving over anything larger than a speed bump seeing we live in Flat-ville USA (a.k.a. Florida) I loosened up after that... ;)

Loving the pics man! Glad you guys were able to make it! You guys should make the trip up to Windrock in October! :yup:

Finally some updates to this build list...

Here is the photo I finally remembered to take of the G.E.A.R. set up on the tailgate my wifey bought my last year for xmas, always use it but never remember to take a photo of it...

Oh and yes the Addition to the 35's on Stock Wheels club... ;) I LOVE my stock wheels and refuse to give them up!

Front_DavisIsland.jpg

As of now it sit's with the RK 1.75" Leveling Kit, 1.5" Spacers on BFG KM2's... My P-Lot poser shot's for now, went wheeling on a night run with the set up and it didn't do too bad with the stock fenders, minor rubbing - more than I wanted, but not as much rubbing as I expected so that was good... trying to muster up the gonads to cut the fenders...

Stay Tuned - More To Come!

Thanks for following... ;)

I love that color. If I was ever in the market for some 17 inch wheels I would try to find some of the Willy's one first they look awesome. Looking forward to see what you do next. That's gonna be one sexy jeep.

Looks good bud. Did you get the CB issue figured out?

Sup Chris - yeah i actually have a working CB in the rig! Problem was the actual CB its swlf was bad, swapped it out and everything checked out fine... Didn't have to mess with anything else, used it on Sat night on a run, worked great! Hopefully it is still working by Winrock ... ;)

SB "Rock Guards" (which is such BS seeing they flex like a mofo if you hit them on anything) just a temp fix to help the fam get in and out of the Jeep...

Went out to Croom WMA - Breaking in the 35's with the leveling kit, a little bit of rub, but way less than expected - very impressed!

learned a valuable lesson that day in insurance - make sure you have replacement coverage and not just fair market value and add rental to your policy - a few $$$ a month is nothing compared to paying $200-$400 a week out of pocket for a rental while your insurance company drags it ass... trust me, I learned the hard way...

So sad brother. Spending as much time with our rigs as we do, they aren't just a mode of transportation. They are our hobbies and interests.

I look forward to seeing your next rig.
