Just like the title. I got the quality light bar package a while ago for my truck (before I got the Jeep). Tried to put them on today and can’t figure out what these are for?

Too angled to be side clamps that fit in the door jam.
Ideas?

They look like they just slide in that track on the back.you would have to pull the end cap to install them likely. What brand light bar?
 
Looks to me like it's another way to mount it if you slide them into the track circled below.

Image1514846956.916686.jpg that could work and slide in but what would that mount to? It seems like it could fit in the door frame if I bend them out a bit. No idea

They may be made to slide. Looks like you may be missing a piece. Lot of new ones have two piece adjustable brackets.
