So this thread might not see as much progress as fast some other build threads, I mean I'm only a broke street cop. Nonetheless, I figured I start one to get involved with the WAYALIFE community and to get y'alls 2 cents on things down the road. Here's the jeep as of now
2015 JKU sport "Dbo" named after my good friend who a since passed.
Cut the front bumper and put some VDP end caps.
I when I bought the jeep used, it came with 17 ultra rims wrapped in 285/7017 Treadwright tires. I know I know, re-molds [emoji1304]. But they were brand new and I have been running them for a year (10k miles) now with no problems..... so far.
AEV 2.5" dual sport lift with correction brackets. I put this on about a month ago and have been loving it.
Things I wanna do in this order:
Trektop NX
KC or Tlites for headlights. Would like suggestions on either
EVO 1/4 front bumper
EVO rear fascia
Front and rear DS. Would like suggestions on brand.
EVO front axel gussets
35x12.5x17 tires and rims. Undecided on brand and finish
Jeep came with 3.21 gears. Wanting to upgrade to 4.56 or 4.88. Thoughts?
Now these are things that I can slowly but surely accomplish in the near future. Of course the bigger expenses would be new axels way down the road, but due to me living in Louisiana and me just running muddy trails in the woods, I'm not in too much of a hurry.
