They are probably both UV curing acrylic resins. Difference is when you use a lamp it will cure in a few seconds, sunlight has UV but not that much, so it will take minutes to hours.Wonder how it compares to the stuff used by the chip companies? They use a dremel and a UV light to harden the resin.
