The build of my flag ship Black Pearl

After charging mine to 150 I only needed about an inch of preload in the rear and about 2.5 inches in the front
Just checked the PSI in them. All four are at 150.0 PSI. didn’t realize it’s like a standard Schrader valve to check them. What gauge do you have to charge them? I’ll need to get that at some point anyways.

This is the one I bought and then just went to the local welding store for a small bottle

Awesome thanks.
I have a 80 cubic foot bottle I’m going to trade in for the 20 cubic foot nitrogen bottle.

Well I think I might have found my 65 mph shimmie, that happens every now and again. Started installing the track bar relocation mount. The factory hole is much bigger and a bit ovaled.

Got the front track bar mount Modified. Read to bolt up and weld in.

Alright finally getting back to working on the Jeep. Visiting family and home projects are great, but I got shit to do. 🤣

after fighting with getting the control arm mounts straight enough for them to go in. I argued with the control arm itself for a bit. But got a few other things done.
It’s looking better now that I’ve added some preload to the rear.

I was so exhausted from this past week, I almost fell asleep under the Jeep this afternoon. So didn’t really get much done today. Should be done this weekend, now that I have time to actually work on it.

I’m retarded when it comes to setting caster. Maybe I should wait till the lower front control arms show up to try this. I really want to get out this weekend though.

How are you going to get around it? I would just cut the bolt and put a new one in from the other direction.
I took the corner off at an angle. Just enough to get the bolt out. Once it cleared the other side of the control arm, was able to angle it up and bring it out.
