Tazer tire adjsutment issue

Hello, we have a new Tazer installed on our modified 20 JT. We want to change the tire size but when we plug it in the tire size shows 43" which were the old ties. The tazer will not allow us to adjust it up or down, we want to adjust to 40" tires which we now have. Has anyone had this issue and know a work around? We contacted Tazer and they want to modify the BCM, which we are reluctant because we are swapped with a new tune for the engine.

Ran into something similar, completely disconnected the battery for about 20 minutes and was able to make changes - make sure the ground on the secondary battery is disconnected as well.
