Tax time…what are you buying?

Bumping this up to the top.

About the time again. I need to live vicariously through everyone else as I will once again be writing a check come April 15th.

Sorry to hear that, MTG.

But I'm right there with you, The wife and I are dedicated to using our full tax return for knocking out almost all of our debt.

Well if I don't have to pay then new bumper and winch for this guy! Or one of the two ha ha I'll probly buy a bumper before either the purejeep barebonez with hoop or the PSC brawler lite and an M8000/s unsure whether I want synthetic or not for the Canadian winters y'know

Just installed:
Switch Pros
ARB Twin Compressor on MORE mount

Will be installed next week:
Yukon 4.88 Gearing
ARB 35 Spline Rear Locker
Nitro 35 Spline Chromoly Shafts (Rear)
EVO Gussets on front C's
Poison Spyder rear diff cover

Ordering in 2 Weeks with next bonus:
EVO 1/4 Pounder Bumper w/ D Rings
Pure Jeep Winch Guard (already ordered)
Warn M8000 winch
5th wheel and trail spare tire (takeoff tire)
LOD sliders

Other than some lights and grab bars, that should wrap up my build for a while.

Unfortunately nothing looks like I will be retiring this year after 24 years of Active Duty Military Service and moving back to the United States. I have not lived in the US for the last 17 years. I have been stationed in Europe for the last 17 years with two assignments to Korea for a year in between and many deployments to the Middle East.

It is going to be sever culture shock going back to I don't know where, I guess where ever I find a job. Anyone hiring I have a bachelors and 2 master degrees. Any takers, just kidding, I will find something.

Yup, less than last year. Damn near feel like I won !

Mine went up...a lot. I made some adjustments last year and miscalculated my wife's withholding. Oh well, I am grateful I have a job that allows me to pay taxes.

In all honesty, I would rather earn the extra interest peronally, and owe, then them pay me MY money back interest free... but that's just me

Ditto. However, based on my current ROR for 2016 an interest free loan might not be the worst investment strategy. :cheesy:

I used to get excited about tax season since I would usually get money back but that hasn't been the case for the last four years so I'll be happy to just break even. I too will be living vicariously through you guys!
