I think you should get the 35s and use your stock wheels, then mount them on your new wheels when you get them. Are you getting beadlocks?
Keep in mind if you purchase tires now and want to use them on your next wheels it locks you into a 18" wheel
Either way, id get 35s now. Theyre fine on stock wheels and you can always swap them on to new wheels
I'm running 33's and want one move to 35's I'm unsure on whether to move to 35's with the current OEM wheels or put my current tires on new wheels and buy new tires in about 6 months. This is what my tires look right now, I'd say about 60% worn...

So it sounds like you're okay with waiting a bit for the 35's? Is there a reason you don't want to run what you have for the time being and do 35's AND new wheels in 6 months? That would save you some coin and mounting and balancing.
if you do go 35s on factory wheels dont forget about wheel spacers...
