Stock rubi rims with 13.5 tires

Caught the Bug
I currently am running 17x8.5" rims and 37x13.5 mud grapplers. I came across some rubi wheels for a steal of a price. 5 rubi take offs with tires with 35 percent tread for $100. I like the look of the rubi wheels and would love to run them. Would a 13.5" tire be safe on them. I have a shop who will mount them and have a buyer for my current rims and the rubi tires. I run 28psi front and rear, which will help the wearing issue for stock rims. Also I will be getting spacers, I wheel often and like to air down, can I still air down running smaller rims. Thanks.

I tried 37 x 12.5s on our Rubi wheels and had major rub issues on the frame and LCA with 1.5" spacers.

With the extra width of your tire you will sacrifice turning even with larger spacers.

Also, I had quite a bit of sidewall movement and didn't like the handling.

I wouldn't imagine you would get good tire wear at any pressure.
