stock jku vs chevy Silverado on 37's

So my dads friends says he will kick my little jeeps ass off road! What do you guys think? I have a stock x with rubi take offs and his truck has 37's all terrain and a diesel engine in it.

your dads just busting you B@ll$ he knows he doesnt stand a chance even with his 37's. i say you go show him how to really off road :rock:
 
I don't know what your wheeling terrain is like, but a diesel with all-terrain tires will struggle to find traction. Too much tork and tool little bite on most surfaces. Not to mention it would be like wheeling a bus... You would likely be able to out maneuver and grab better lines.

I say find a trail and test him!

But you must (ABSOLUTELY MUST) get pictures and/or video :rock:
 
Haha I want to so bad but he never has time but will see when we go camping I'll go looking for some stuff where we can wheel! Lol I will definitely take pictures of me pulling his big truck out! Haha
 
Lol I have similar truck and you'll run circles around that truck. Ur dads friend knows it, he's just playin with ya

I have a buddy that says the same thing he agreed to go on a trail with me so soon I will see how good a stock Silverado can do on rocks haha :thumbup: you'll whoop on that truck easy
 
a guy at work told me that his BMW X5 was better off-road than my jeep, I think I hurt his feeling cuz i could not stop laughing, I seriously thought I was going to pass out.. He was so serious about it too..

HAHA. You'll walk all over him especially since I've wheeled with you and know you're determination alone will get you more places that that truck will any day. Take him to cleghorn and see how he does. I can almost guarantee there wont be a straight or non-scratched body panel left on it...haha. Now if it was a drag race on pavement, I'm sorry but you don't stand a chance...;)
