Special Thank You to Off Road Evolution!!!

I know many of you here have also witnessed first hand the unparalleled customer service and expertise at Off Road Evolution but I want to sincerely thank Mel, Lisa, Teresa, Drew and the entire team at Off Road Evolution for all of their time, help and really for going well above and beyond any expectations.

After having a recent build performed in Fullerton a few weeks ago, I was ironically on my way back home to Las Vegas last week after a routine and unrelated retorque visit and developed a rear differential issue. After speaking on the phone with Drew, we isolated it to the rear diff. and without hesitation he offered to stay at the shop well past closing to wait for me if I chose to return to CA that night. Due to work and family needs, I made the decision to limp home and would have it checked out here locally within the next day.

The next morning, Drew called and said that Mel would like to pick up my rig here in Las Vegas, trailer it back to ORE and diagnose the issue and get me back up and running. Wow, I'm really not sure there is any other shop or business for that matter more dedicated to their customers both professionally and personally. Drew called me from his personal cell multiple times to check in on me on my way home that night and offered to stay late into the night at the shop to wait for me and then for Mel, Lisa and family to take time out of their weekend to personally pick up my rig and make sure I was taken care of is really second to none and I'm not sure I can ever thank them enough.

I do think I finally have my two nosy retired neighbors calmed down after getting calls from them earlier yesterday while at work telling me there was a man wearing camo shorts and dark sunglasses who was loading our Jeep onto a trailer in our driveway before he sped away! ;)

It's pretty impressive when even with all the expertise and innovation that comes out of that shop, how it is all really overshadowed by the great people, family and friends who own it and who work there!

Thank you Mel, Lisa, Drew, Teresa and everyone at Off Road Evolution!

That's what makes a great company. This is not an isolated thing either. You always hear of Mel check or adjusting things for people. He is a genuine person.

That kind of customer service is more than just rare today, it's truly unheard of.
I'm glad I had my work done there as well, Drew went out of his way to help my wife and I get to and from the shop.
Why would anyone go elsewhere for work?

:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

That is few and far between. Very happy to hear it's still around the country for such help and devotion. Great job EVO.:thumb::yup:

The "customer experience" is what I specialize in. It's something I'm passionate about, and stories like this one serve as prime examples of how to do it right...how to drive revenue today, fuel growth, and inspire unwavering loyalty.

I became a Jeep owner for the first time last month. My JKUR is currently stock, but I do plan on leading it through an evolution in the near future. While I've had my eye on Off Road Evolution for a little while now, even before I became a Jeep owner, this story has helped me make up my mind. When ready, I shall drive down to Fullerton (also from Vegas). ORE for the win!

Great story I have had similar experience that is why I drive 1600 miles now from Calgary to get them to look after my Jeep! You cant beat the passion and great service EVO brings to any rig they work on. :thumb:

There are two types of class...First and none.

Well done ORE...as always! :thumb:

wow this only confirms that EVO not only recommends the best products but gives above and beyond a whole new meaning!!!! consider me an EVO fan boy for life!!!

Evo keep up the awesome customer service. I can't wait till I'm out in Cali at the end of the month, already printed out directions to the shop to check it out. Hoping I catch Mel or Drew there.

That is far from what we experienced. We still have unresolved issues that we are "free to bring it back to get it looked at," sorry if I'm not stoked to drive 500 miles each way to leave my jeep for an unknown amount of time… You would think that getting 2 jeeps done at the same time would have meant something but guess not…
maybe they are getting better….

you are absolutely free to bring your rig(s) down if you are having issues. I know we have spoken a few times. Call me and I will see what we can do.

Did you know the shop was 500 miles away when you decided to bring your jeeps down in the first place?

Can you guys send Mel out to my house to do my high steer set up? I only have one jeep so I don't expect you guys to make a special trip but it's on the way to the Hammers. Say Tuesday at 8?
Thanks!

X's 2. Perhaps she mistakenly thought EVO was a mobile shop. Sorry honey, but if you are going to drive 500 miles to get work done you better be prepared to drive 500 miles for any necessary follow up/fine tuning.
