This same exact logic can be applied to the UAP phenomenon where millions of people have seen something but have no evidence of it.
All these people say they saw the plane but there is only one, one single frame of evidence in a town with cameras and recording devices everywhere.

Panels on the towers are placed for maximum outward horizontal propagation. If you’re too high you won’t get it. It’s strange. However if you’re in an area with lots of towers it might make a difference.

Have you ever been sitting at a traffic light and had bad reception on the radio, then you roll forward a foot or two and it clears up? Radio wave propagation is some weird shit.

1G cell phones from 2001 bear little resemblance to the 4G and 5G phones we use today. Much more primitive, and lacking the location tracking which helps 5G work well today. We can't use what works with today's technology to decide what would work 24 years ago.
