The “you are either with us or against us” extremists on the right, and on the left, should take note of the fact that the majority of Americans do not align with either extreme. So then what? Divide America into thirds? That sounds like a hell of a superpower that I’m sure will still have enough geopolitical power and resources to protect its fractured thirds. 😳

There's this constant cliché statement of "violence is never the answer." At some point there has to be an acknowledgement of the evil that is present and people need to stop being pushovers and tolerate it. I think our founding fathers got to that point. We wouldn't be here if they hadn't finally fought back. I do believe what happened today is a real catalyst for people to push back against evil.

All good points. This has hit hard I think mostly because Charley was fearless in bringing peaceful dialogue into places where he was very unwelcome and did so in a calm and respectful way. He was killed because he was so successful. The left all cheered when they got the news in fact the TMZ newsroom erupted in jubilation upon hearing he was dead.
That being, said the only people that will be profiting from this are the same as always. The ones who want a disunited country at war with each other whether China or Russia or I believe probably the CIA the end goal is to stir a civil war of sorts. Probably sounds cheesy and corny but upon reflection we need to ask ourselves what would Charley do? We should all be like Charley.
