Other than much of it being too cold, Canada is not a bad place to be.

There is ample opportunity for crime. While I was there, I witnessed someone bashing in a pharmacy door, running in, and then running back out with some kind of drugs. People just idly watched, and then went about their business as if nothing had happened.
