it gets under my skin when they all rush to put crap in at the last-minute betting that no one will notice it and them it's the same shit excuse... it's only .00001% of the total budget, it's nothing.

I guess Power always has to have their contingency to hold onto whatever power they have, or whatever's left.
The implication is that something is going down and the Power Structure has been building underground complexes and prepping for some big event coming up in the next couple years. The really deep level conspiracists are all over this now with this 2027 shit.

If the cataclysm is coming who TF wants to live in the shithole thats left? I'd rather get out the lawn chairs & some good booze & see whats going down on the way out. Finally get to see what the hell this 'alien' bullshit has been all about
