So glad they took all that money from us (around 80 billion) to improve the IRS customer service to make things easier. Just got off the phone with them. Only took 1 hour and 33 minutes for them to answer the phone. I love big government.
Yeah the wife was 2hrs 13 minutes just last week.
Try Social Security. You can't just walk into a local office, you have to have an appointment. How do you make an appointment when no one answers the phone and the voice message doesn't give you an option to leave a voice mail.
