I also have a Walther p22 with a similar thing and plan to try it on that too.
Won’t you still need a piston for the can because the barrel isn’t fixed? Also thinking of picking up one of these. It also fits the new can. I already have 2 other guns in 22 Magnum so I have the ammo. I'm kind of curious how the magnum supersonic will sound suppressed.

You must live next door to WJCOI have yet to see a squirrel on our property.
Walther 22s do not according to the research I've done. Plenty of videos out there on both models too with no issues. I also think they are fixed barrels.Won’t you still need a piston for the can because the barrel isn’t fixed?
I like Walther and the gun/shooting club I was a member of let me test it one out, it seemed similar to what you show, threaded end.Walther 22s do not according to the research I've done. Plenty of videos out there on both models too with no issues. I also think they are fixed barrels.
Interesting. I run a piston on my pistol can but maybe that has to do with the higher caliber and gas.Walther 22s do not according to the research I've done. Plenty of videos out there on both models too with no issues. I also think they are fixed barrels.
They really have a comfortable feel.I like Walther and the gun/shooting club I was a member of let me test it one out, it seemed similar to what you show, threaded end.
It handled really nice and I recall not much movement at the barrel, never saw the thread cover disappear, I should've bought it.
The piston is to give the slide of a recoil operated pistol a little extra oomph to overcome the extra mass of the suppressor because the barrel must move a short distance with the slide. Most centerfire pistols are recoil operated.Interesting. I run a piston on my pistol can but maybe that has to do with the higher caliber and gas.
I now identify as your third son…. I’ll DM you my address, Daddy.View attachment 436895Christmas presents to my sons
Looks like the 45 is the one to get! The highest kill vs injury ratio! They included .233 and 5.56 with .22. But these are crime shootings
