SHIPPING SILLINESS

Damn man, we got a Kraus sink from Home Depot and it arrived in good shape. Is it maybe the shipping company that's doing this or is Home Depot the shipping company for you?
From what they told me when I called, both were direct ship from the manufacturer.

I should note, they were small dents but when I pay $500 for a sink and it’s going to be there a long time, I don’t want a damaged one of any sort.

It is common for businesses to repeat the same mistake over and over. We had a similar problem with custom-made shutters made and shipped from New England. Over and over FedEx battered up the shutters. The people at the company were extremely confident about their packaging, but it sure could not handle the abuse of FedEx ground. Luckily, it was a good company and eventually we got undamaged product.

Shut up.

Took me 3 times to get my Elkay sink shipped in without being cracked. Between the FedEx doofuses and morons that can’t design a proper box that the FedEx doofuses can’t destroy in shipping not sure which is worse
I’d probably be more pissed for the price of those lol
