Sad in AZ

I have been in Phoenix all week for work and I can see the rocks and mountains from my hotel room. As a happily married Ohio guy with a great family....

I love this city but being here without my wife, kids, and Jeep just puts me in a bad place!

I just thought I would share since I thought you all would understand ;)

Oh I understand and it sucks don't it!

Why not ask for a ride from a local to get your Jeep fix while your there?

I know it's not that same as having the family with you but you get the idea.

I thought about it but I have very little free time. I don't wrap up until 5-ish each night. Well, with the exception of tomorrow which wraps up at noon, but my flight leaves at 6:45 so not much time their either.

Hey jnabird333,

I am right there with you, I have been working in Conroe Texas sense December. The only good :yup:thing is I get to go home to the family on Fridays then come back on Sunday night. I see Jeeps running around and I find myself waving at them from my company truck and they just look at me weird  I really miss my Jeep, I have so many projects waiting to be done and I am here. Oh  I do miss the wife and kids too.:yup: You and I both have to look at it the same way, you got to do what you have too for the family and more jeep parts:thumb: Just think its not for ever for me about one more year :icon_crazy::doh: I worked hard to finally get this promotion to a Project Manager so I guess after fighting for it for 15 years I can't complain... Hang in there, their is always a light at the end of the tunnel.!:standing wave:

I'm definitely not complaining about the job. I actually really like what I do and I work for a great company. My travels are rarely more than an overnight. It's just hard to stare at this playground with no play time :yup:
