Anyone run into this issue. It’s been going on for a long time. I tried to take it in before heating my warranty end. But I didn’t make it.

Diff fluid leaking from locker actuator. What’s the fix?

On my 2018, I found that the fluid was not leaking under the actuator, it was leaking up through the connector. It was also giving me issues locking and unlocking so I replaced it with the Z automotive bypass, no more leaks,no more issues.
If it's still under warranty have them replace it

I need to clean it off really well and see if I can pinpoint the exact location of the leak.

You can completely disconnect and remove the plastic plug in the housing without removing the cover or anything inside. Can do this to give it a good cleaning and check the o-ring seal on the plastic housing.
What do you like for cleaning diff fluid off something like this? I know brake cleaner can be hard on rubber seals.
