On my 2018, I found that the fluid was not leaking under the actuator, it was leaking up through the connector. It was also giving me issues locking and unlocking so I replaced it with the Z automotive bypass, no more leaks,no more issues.Anyone run into this issue. It’s been going on for a long time. I tried to take it in before heating my warranty end. But I didn’t make it.

I need to clean it off really well and see if I can pinpoint the exact location of the leak.On my 2018, I found that the fluid was not leaking under the actuator, it was leaking up through the connector. If it's still under warranty have them replace it
You can completely disconnect and remove the plastic plug in the housing without removing the cover or anything inside. Can do this to give it a good cleaning and check the o-ring seal on the plastic housing.I need to clean it off really well and see if I can pinpoint the exact location of the leak.
What do you like for cleaning diff fluid off something like this? I know brake cleaner can be hard on rubber seals. You can completely disconnect and remove the plastic plug in the housing without removing the cover or anything inside. We use brake cleaner all the time and will be fine for a quick cleaning. As mentioned though, the plug gets saturated inside and most like it seeping through the pins inside. What do you like for cleaning diff fluid off something like this? I know brake cleaner can be hard on rubber seals.
