Rub Issue

Can I have your factory bolts? I'll pay for shipping :yup:

Did I read correctly that you have an RK track bar? Is it safe to assume it's your driver side tire that's rubbing at a full turn to the right? If so, your track bar is set too long and your axle is shifted to the passenger side of your Jeep.

Passenger tire is rubbing on the inside of the tire, full lock right, outside edge of lower control arm.

Just gonna point out that I highly doubt a regular tire/alignment shop would adjust your track bar during an alignment. Most will only set your toe and even then, probably not correctly. Sure, if you have lower front control arms, the could set the caster, but I bet they wouldn't bother to do that either. I've seen what their computer says for most of these parameters- not serviceable.... so unless they are in the know, they are not gonna do it. My 2 cents

With the thrust angle being off will I need both lower and upper control arms to re-straighten my axle since the frame appears slightly off still?

No, Your thrust angle is off because one or both axles are not centered.... like I assumed, they didn't adjust your track bar and if you already have lower control arms I think it's safe to say, they didn't touch those either.
Grab a buddy, a angle finder, tape measure, a smart phone with a calculator if need be, some wrenches, Eddie's write up, and especially some beer.... center your axle and set your caster. Don't worry about the toe, it's not gonna change.

Alright. Thanks y'all. I will get a set of lower control arms. I'm thinking metalcloak. Thanks again for all the help.
