Rough Shifting at Highway Speeds

Has anyone noticed rough shifting in their Gladiator at Highway speeds. This passed weekend I did a lot of higher speed driving out in west Texas. I am getting some notable clunks when shifting gears. It almost feels like the clunk is coming from the rear end. But, it's definitely transmission changes. I'm at 32K miles. Need to make a service appointment for them to look at it and note it. But, if someone has some experience, that would be good to know ahead of time.

I do not want to start modifying anything until I get this on the record with Stellantis.

Based on that, it could really be anything and you are on the right track taking it to the dealer. Hopefully an easy fix.

Clunking during shifts could be a driveshaft u-joint

I've seen a handful of TCU issues that needed to be re-flashed. But have a look at the carrier bearing, those have been clunk issues as well.
